The NapaLife Insider’s Guide to Napa Valley

Mid-2024 edition

by Paul Franson

The new just-released mid-2024 edition of the NapaLife Insider’s Guide to Napa Valley is now available.

This edition is heavily updated. There have been vast changes in Napa Valley in the last few years, with many restaurants and wineries, lodgings and venues for the arts changing, closing or opening.

I moved here in 1996 and during that time, I have written extensively about Napa Valley (and wine and the wine business) for publications and online for local newspapers to international media as well as for local radio stations.

For those who live in Napa Valley, it’s a great reference and you’re sure to learn things about the valley you didn’t know. It’s also the perfect gift to give friends and relatives to entice them to visit but also to save you from answering questions and giving tours.

For inns, it’s a great addition to the library or coffee table, or even each room. A fabled local luxury inn bought copies for each room, and one resort even ordered a special edition with its image on the cover.

Wineries may well want to sell it in their tasting rooms, and the staff is sure to find information to impress visitors.

You can buy copies locally at Bookmine, The Napa Valley Visitor Center, The Wine Train Station, Jessel Gallery and other places in the valley. You can also order it on Amazon for $19.95. A Kindle version is $4.95.

If you want to buy bulk copies including for resale in your winery, hotel or store, email paul@paulfranson.com.
